facility provided for currently logged in users, is a great
time saver. It helps them resolve issues with colleagues online,
without disturbing each other physically.

enables every user to directly invoke clients like Outlook
Express, and send and receive emails.

Info displays login duration and user details for the
currently logged-in user.
Calculator
is linked directly from within the application.
Backup
enables the Administrator to take regular backups of the entire
database.
Restore
enables the Administrator to recover data from backups in
the event of software and hardware failures, virus, theft,
fire or any natural calamities.

Each user can define his Favorites on the interface of his
choice, for his specific use. Through the Customize option
he can dynamically add or remove them.
