eApprovals provide shortcut navigation to authorized users on the HR and Payroll interfaces, which require approvals.

Alerts can be configured at reminder dates and users defined time intervals, and are shown automatically at after login and at any other time. Self-Alerts and full status on Alerts are also provided.

Statistics are provided to show the health of the activities across the organization, and are available on Personnel, HR Management, Payroll, Personnel Cost Centers and VMS activities.

Filter finds employees with ad hoc search criteria, through a list of fields and user defined multiple data filtering criteria and sort orders.

Online Help is available up to field-level details and facilitates users with help contents, indexing, and search features.

Export Tool enables you to export selected data from logical tables to text files as well to third party products and applications.

Import Tool captures attendance details to be captured from Excel format for Personnel working at any offsite location.

Chat facility provided for currently logged in users, is a great time saver. It helps them resolve issues with colleagues online, without disturbing each other physically.

Email enables every user to directly invoke clients like Outlook Express, and send and receive emails.

Login Info displays login duration and user details for the currently logged-in user.

Calculator is linked directly from within the application.

Backup enables the Administrator to take regular backups of the entire database.

Restore enables the Administrator to recover data from backups in the event of software and hardware failures, virus, theft, fire or any natural calamities.

Favorites Toolbar
Each user can define his Favorites on the interface of his choice, for his specific use. Through the Customize option he can dynamically add or remove them.
