Agile eProperty is an integrated multi-user Property
Management system for Real Estates providing smooth workflow
between departments concerned with Property Management and Maintenance
in a user-friendly manner. It has the following modules:
Properties
Information on Real Estate Properties like Apartment Buildings,
Commercial Complexes, Shopping Malls, Mosques, parks, playing
courts, and children play grounds can be maintained.
Details information on properties like Floors, Flats, Shops
and Offices can be captured and maintained. Tenants details
and Tenant contracts can be tracked.
Maintenance
Information on Construction Maintenance activities can be
maintained like information on Civil, Electrical, Painting,
Plumbing and other Repair activities for A/C, Lift and Gardening.
Information on Annual Maintenance Contracts awarded to other
Maintenance Companies and details on repair job works can
be maintained and maintenance reports can be generated.
Ad hoc minor maintenance by local company technicians can
also be tracked on a daily basis. Technicians can indent for
material required for repairs and reconciliation can be done
for unused materials.
Inventory
Materials can be defined on material category and its Re-order
Level and Re-order Quantity can be set. Material movement
can be captured and maintained for materials incoming from
purchase and reconciled materials and materials outgoing for
repairs. Stock level can be tracked and Auto Purchase Indents
are generated when Stock on Hand falls below Re-order level.
Purchase
Purchase Indents can be raised for Materials to be purchased
and Auto Purchase Indents can be merged with them to create
a Purchase Order. Information is maintained on Vendors and
the Materials they supply.
Payments / Receipts
Payment Vouchers can be prepared
and printed against Purchase and Annual Maintenance Contracts
with details on Bank, Cheques and Accounting information.
Receipts can be generated and printed for Tenant Rents.
Vehicles Management
Vehicles provided to Staff members can be maintained and tracked.
Information on Vehicles, Vehicle Allotment, Out Entry and
In Entry, Vehicle Transfers, Change of Vehicles and Vehicle
Maintenance with Meter Reading and Spare Parts details can
be maintained.
Setup & Security
Company Profile can be maintained. Staff details for various
departments can be maintained.
Roles for Groups of Users can be defined and Privileges on
various modules, interfaces, transactions, reports and utilities
can be assigned to them. Users can be defined and granted
roles based on their job / role in the company. Special Approval
Privileges are provided to ensure highest integrity for approvals
and authorizations.
